A steel frame with powder coating, it's strong and sturdy enough to hold a 60kg heavy bag. Its weighted base has three posts to place weights on, stopping the stand from wobbling when punching the bag. With 10 adjustable heights, pick one that's suitable for you, so you get the most out of your workout. When finished, fold the stand for space-saving storage.
